Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Applecrumby account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
